Kansas Behavior Supports is seeking caring individuals to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community locations, implementing skill-building plans and supporting independence as part of a clinical team. No prior experience is required—paid training is provided. Part-time roles with flexible afternoon/evening hours, same-day pay, and opportunities to grow in the ABA field, plus a 40-hour RBT course commitment, are offered.
