What we're looking for: 1+ years of civil litigation defense experience (civil defense, product liability, premises liability, medical malpractice or a related field) Experience with written discovery and with taking and defending depositions Law and motion practice, court appearances, legal research and memos Excellent research and writing skills Admitted in California and in good standing Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Why apply Compensation of $115,000 to $190,000+, plus a performance-based bonus Annual reviews with real raise potential Flexible work schedule, depending on what works for you and the team Employer-paid medical, plus dental, vision and a 401(k) Compensation depends on experience and location.
