Lead Bartender Position Palisociety is a society of unique hotels and residences Palihouse, Palihotel, Le Petit Pali, ARRIVE by Palisociety, and a growing collection of independently branded properties. Located at ARRIVE Austin, Lefty's Day & Night is East Austin's best neighborhood patio bar everyone's favorite place no matter what time it is, offering coffee, drinks, and tasty food morning, noon, or night. We're looking for a friendly Lead Bartender who's enthusiastic about making well-crafted drinks and forging authentic connections with guests at Lefty's. The task at hand includes: Understanding the functional administration of the restaurant stations, table numbers, food labeling, and more. Assisting the F&B Manager in maintaining cleanliness standards across the bar and seating areas. Maintaining prepped ingredients (syrups, batches, garnishes) to the bar program's standards labeled, dated, and stored properly. Preparing all beverages, alcoholic and non-alcoholic, mixing ingredients and following recipes for each cocktail. Interacting with guests, taking orders, and serving food and drinks, checking ID to confirm legal drinking age. Restocking and replenishing bar inventory and supplies as needed, staying guest-focused throughout. Maintaining complete knowledge of the food and beverage menu, and checking that bar equipment operates properly, reporting maintenance needs.
