Venture Capital Paralegal – Transactions & Closings

Ballard Spahr LLP is seeking a Business and Transaction Paralegal to support lawyers both inside and outside the department. This role will primarily serve the Emerging Growth and Venture Capital practice in Philadelphia, with a hybrid schedule allowing 2–3 days in the office. The ideal candidate has a four-year degree or equivalent work experience, paralegal certification preferred, and strong skills in MS Office, Adobe Pro, and Lexis.
