Director of Client Growth: Semiconductor DB/EPC Programs

BW Design Group is seeking a Director, Client Development - Semiconductor Manufacturing to build and execute multi-project capital programs across wafer fabrication, advanced packaging, and related facilities. You will lead strategy, engage executive stakeholders, and align commercial outcomes with delivery success. You will manage cross-functional teams, drive bookings and profitability, and maintain client relationships at the executive level in a dynamic, technically demanding environment.
