Catering Clerk

Key Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with catering orders, including answering questions, taking orders accurately, and offering product recommendations. Assist in preparing and packaging catering orders in accordance with company standards, ensuring accuracy and presentation. Follow food safety protocols to maintain cleanliness, product quality, and presentation in the catering department. Monitor product levels and help restock supplies and ingredients as needed, ensuring the work area is organized and well-stocked. Work with other catering and deli team members to fulfill large or complex orders on time. Maintain accurate records for all catering orders, including order details and special instructions, to ensure a seamless process from order to delivery. Assist with other tasks within the catering and deli departments as needed, such as cleaning and organizing workspaces.

Qualifications: Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is preferred. Excellent communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions accurately. Flexible schedule, with the ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
