Have Requirements: 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Manager, or Product Owner Hands-on experience with Thought Machine & Product & Digital Transformation Strong experience with Core Banking platforms and Ledger Operations Experience with Mobile Payments / Mobile Pay, Digital Banking, and Payment Products Experience building or enhancing: Deposit Products Payment Products Cards Lending Products Strong Agile/Scrum experience with User Stories, Backlog Management, and SDLCExperience with Git Lab, Jira, or similar Agile tools Knowledge of Wealth Management and Banking products Strong stakeholder management, process mapping, and business transformation expertise Proficiency with Visio, Excel, and Power Point
