Strategic Corporate Paralegal - Governance & Signatures

Leeward Renewable Energy is seeking a Corporate Paralegal (P3) to join our in-house legal team. Reporting to the Assistant General Counsel, you will manage governance, signature workflows, and transactional support in a fast-paced renewable energy environment. This in-office role requires at least three days on site per week with hybrid flexibility for two days remote, subject to policy. A paralegal certificate is preferred, and prior experience with Docu Sign/Adobe Sign is important.
