Brand Partnerships & Business Development Manager – Beauty

The Role: Your primary focus will be to develop and secure direct purchasing relationships with beauty and fragrance brands. We’re specifically looking for someone who already understands the beauty industry and has existing relationships with brands, wholesale teams, distributors and key decision-makers. This is not a general sales position.

What You’ll Do: * Identify and secure new brand-direct purchasing opportunities.* Build relationships with beauty and fragrance brands, founders, executives, wholesale teams and national account managers.* Manage partnerships from initial outreach and meetings through negotiation and account opening.* Grow and strengthen existing brand relationships.* Identify emerging brands and new product opportunities.* Attend relevant beauty industry events and trade shows.* Work directly with ownership on brand acquisition and partnership strategy.

What We’re Looking For: * 3+ years of experience in beauty, fragrance, wholesale, brand partnerships, business development or national/key accounts.* Existing relationships within the beauty and/or fragrance industry strongly preferred.* Proven experience developing wholesale, retail or brand-direct partnerships.* Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.* Understanding of wholesale pricing, margins and retail distribution.* Experience with beauty retail, distribution or live/social commerce is a plus. A degree is not required for candidates with strong industry experience and relationships. Compensation$80,000–$110,000 base salary + performance-based bonus/commission. Exceptional candidates with an established beauty-industry network and proven track record may be considered for a customized compensation package.
