Apply for this role →Part-Time CDL DriverGivens Aldersgate is looking for a Part-Time CDL Driver to provide transportation to the residents of Givens Aldersgate in accordance with the Department of Transportation regulations for Commercial Drivers and Givens Aldersgate policies and procedures.
Schedule/ Availability: Mornings, evenings, & weekends
What you'll do:
Provides transportation for Aldersgate residents cross-campus and off campus in accordance with facility policies and procedures and regulatory guidelines.
Exhibits a working knowledge of rules and regulations pertaining to a commercial driver's license.
Relays situations/problems concerning the residents, vehicles, other persons, etc. to appropriate staff, providing supportive documentation as appropriate.
Perform pre-trip inspection prior to each trip and submit reports on a timely basis.
Provides an atmosphere on the vehicles that is environmentally and emotionally pleasant for the riders.
Accurately keeps co-workers and supervisor well informed on a timely basis, communicating through proper channels.
Maintains confidentiality of communication and information related to residents, co-workers, etc.
What you'll need: High School or Equivalent 1+ years of transportation experienceCDL
Compensation: $17.50 - $20.50 per hour, based on experience.
