Part-time School Bus MonitorReports To: Director of TransportationLength of Contract or Work Year: 9 monthsSpecific Job Responsibilities: Manage student behaviorAssumes responsibility for the safety of children on the school busMake sure students remain seated and adhere to bus rules and emergency proceduresPrepare and communicate incident reports with parents and school administratorsMaintain student and parent confidential informationHelp driver maintain a clean busAny other duties assignedMinimum Qualifications:21 years of age or olderAble to work early morning and afternoon hoursMust pass a background checkMeet physical, hearing, and vision requirementsHigh school diploma or equivalentAn impartial attitude and good moral character
