Key responsibilities:
Lead core accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial processes across AP, AR, and procurement
Monitor key financial metrics and provide insights to senior leadership to safeguard financial integrity
Develop and mentor the accounting operations team, managing priorities and deliverables effectively
Required qualifications:
7+ years of progressive experience in accounting or finance, with prior leadership experience in an established organization
Strong understanding of expense operations, procurement, and financial controls
Proven experience building high-performing teams and fostering collaborative partnerships
Experience in scaling processes in a growing organization with a focus on continuous improvement
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline; CPA designation is an asset
