- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Controls Engineering, or related field; or equivalent hands-on experience.
- 1–5 years of experience in industrial controls, automation, or related engineering discipline.
- Practical experience with PLCs (Allen Bradley ControlLogix / CompactLogix, Siemens S7/TIA Portal, or similar).
- Ability to read electrical schematics, P&IDs, and mechanical drawings.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with sensors, pneumatics, VFDs, and electromechanical systems.
- Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (EtherNet/IP, Profinet, Modbus, etc.).Soft Skills
- Strong problem solving mindset with a willingness to get hands-on.
- Comfortable working in fast paced operational environments.
- Effective communicator with technicians, operators, vendors, and engineers.
- High attention to detail and ownership of assigned tasks.
