Pay range: $230,000-$250,000

Package Key Responsibilities:
Whole-Family Care: Deliver comprehensive medical care and preventive health maintenance to the entire family unit. Clinical Excellence: Perform examinations, order/interpret diagnostic tests, and implement patient-centered treatment plans. Continuity of Care: Manage complex cases and coordinate care with outside specialists when needed. Procedures: Perform surgical, obstetrical, gynecological, and critical care procedures based on training. Mentorship: Educate and guide clinical staff, residents, and medical students.
What You Bring:

Education:
MD or DO degree with successful completion of a Family Practice residency. Credentials: Active Virginia medical license, valid DEA registration, and ECFMG certificate (if applicable).This role is part of a broader effort to strengthen access to high-quality primary care across Virginia.
