What you'll do
Responsibilities:
Uphold directorial sensibilities in lighting, composition, and color while integrating generative AI and real-time rendering into studio workflows
Proactively identify brand opportunities and rapidly build proofs-of-concept of novel visual treatments
Present complex technical workflows to client (Google) stakeholders, translating capabilities into business value
Monitor emerging tools and serve as a translator between creative and development teams
Develop and disseminate new production methodologies across the organization Unique
What you\'ll need Experience 10+ years of deep, hands-on experience in VFX, animation, character development, motion design, or film directing
Demonstrated expertise in generative AI tools, real-time engines, and VR/AR/XR
Portfolio showcasing innovative, boundary-pushing creative work
