Job Description: Job Description JOB DUTIESRead and interpret blueprints, P&IDs, schematics, and technical drawings Install and repair various types of instrumentation such as temperature, pressure, level, and flow gauges Thread, bend, cut and install tubing and piping systems as per specifications, templates and drawings Be able to install instrument stands, instrument air headers, instruments, tube tray, and screw pipe Have knowledge of high-pressure valves and fittings Test and troubleshoot instrumentation to ensure proper functionality and safety measures Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Adhere to safety regulations and proceduresQUALIFICATIONSHigh school diploma or equivalent Completed a recognized industrial mechanical course, technical diploma or equivalent education and work experience Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new software programs The capability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as individuallyA strong commitment to safety and quality assuranceREASONING ABILITYAbility to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exits. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. INTERPERSONAL SKILLSDemonstrates ability to communicate and work effectively with others. Demonstrates the ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure.
