What You'll Do:
As a key part of the guest experience, you'll be the face of hospitality on the casino floor:
- Greet guests with a welcoming, upbeat attitude
- Take and deliver drink orders quickly and accurately
- Serve guests on the gaming floor and at the bar
- Take food orders when needed
- Enter orders into the POS system
- Keep your section clean and presentable
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally
- Upsell to enhance guest experience and maximize sales 80% of your shift will focus on guest service, while 20% includes side work like restocking and prepping drink stations.

What We're Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Outgoing personality with strong communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Basic math skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of drink preparation is a plus ?
Requirements:
- Valid TIPS Certification
- Ability to obtain a Colorado Gaming License Physical Requirements:
- Stand and walk for extended periods
- Lift up to 50 lbs as needed
