College Transition & Success Coach (Remote 1 Day/Week)

Good Shepherd Services is seeking a College Transition and Success Counselor to support students transitioning to and attending CUNY colleges. You will collaborate with CUNY staff, GSS program personnel, and community partners to ensure a smooth college transition and sustained success. You will provide individual guidance, develop college transition workshops, and coordinate site visits while helping participants plan for post-high school work or credential opportunities.
