Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience as HHA/CNAValid Florida CNA License or HHA 75hrs certificateBLS Certified
- Florida State CEUsPhysical exam within the past 12 months that states “free of communicable diseases”PPD/QuantiFERON within the past 12 months or chest x-ray within the past 5 years
- Valid Driver's License
