1st shift- Peeler

Job Responsibilities: Verify cart labels, product numbers, and descriptions against the daily production schedule. Confirm all labels on each cart match the schedule and one another, and route labels for operator verification. Complete required first-piece inspection signoffs and confirm hinge-cut setup for certain products. Visually inspect product for color consistency, correct size, grease, wrinkles, and other quality concerns. Inspect peeled product for peeler cuts, drive-roller cuts, remaining casing, and other defects. Stop production and notify the line operator, QA, supervisor or manager when product or labeling does not match requirements. Remove and dispose of cart labels as directed to support accurate production control.
