Printing Customer Service Representative

Duties: Greet and attend customers as soon as they walk into Copy Doctor Respond to customers inquiries in a timely, courteous and professional manner. Address customer complaints and seek the input of Manager when the matters cannot be resolved Assist customers in the self-service area Check out customers at the cash register Fill job order sheet per Copy Doctor procedure Develop estimates and quotations using the Point of Sale System. Call customers to gather input to quote a print job, as well as to notify customers when jobs are ready File completed jobs Create shipping labels Print basic orders Finish jobs by cutting, binding, punching, laminating and folding. Performs store closing activities such as organizing and cleaning

Qualifications: Friendly, energetic and positive attitude are essential!
