Responsibilities: Guide buyers and sellers through every stage of the real estate transaction, from initial consultation through closing. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of clients through referrals, networking, prospecting, and relationship management. Conduct market analyses, prepare pricing strategies, and provide clients with informed recommendations based on current market conditions. Coordinate showings, inspections, appraisals, negotiations, and other transaction milestones with clients and industry professionals. Negotiate purchase agreements, listing contracts, and other terms to protect clients’ interests and achieve successful outcomes.
