This opportunity features flexible 24-hour in-house shifts with Level III NICU support, robust backup coverage, and a collaborative care team environment. Facility Overview: Regional Medical Center | 336-Bed Hospital 39-Bed ICU | Level III NICUEMR: Cerner Credentialing Timeline: 90 Days (Expedited Temp Privileges Possible for Clean Files)Program Details Annual Deliveries: ~3,000OBED Visits: 250 annually Annual OB ED Visits: 6,000 – 7,000 Annual Surgical Procedures: ~60 Community OB/GYNs Provide Backup Call Shift Structure: 24-Hour In-House Shifts (8:00 AM – 8:00 AM)Staffing: Current: 1 MD per shift Expanding: Adding a second MD in July Shift Commitment: 12 shifts/month preferred (no minimum required; weekend-only candidates considered)Clinical Scope 24/7 L&D coverage for unassigned patients & OB emergencies Main ER consults & emergency gynecologic surgeries Inpatient consults for unassigned patients Surgical Assist: Cesarean SectionsNICU Support:
