Guest Experience Lead Front Office & Concierge

Sentral is seeking an Experience Associate, a guests-facing role at our on-site communities. You’ll welcome residents and homeshare guests, maintain high service standards, and support daily operations with a proactive, ownership mindset. Ideal candidates will have 1+ year in hospitality or customer service, strong interpersonal skills, and a willingness to learn Sentral’s software (Yardi, Stayntouch). Weekend availability and a can-do attitude are required.
