Senior UX Designer

Blacksmith Agency seeks a senior Product Design Systems Designer to own how our client design systems are built. You will extract patterns from brands and reference sites into a working system of tokens, variables, modes, and core components for a build pipeline. You will ship robust component libraries, document the system for developers or automation, and work across several client brands with the same structural rigor while aligning with US business hours in a remote Latin America setting.
