About the role: The Security Systems Implementation Specialist is responsible for leading and coordinating systems deployment initiatives across all AMER sites. This role serves as a centralized program resource responsible for implementation planning, stakeholder coordination, vendor management, operational decision-making, and deployment governance to ensure consistent execution across the enterprise.
What you’ll do: As a Security Systems Implementation Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for system deployment efforts, exercising independent judgment in coordinating implementation strategies, managing stakeholder expectations, prioritizing deployment activities, and resolving operational challenges across multiple sites and business functions. In this role, you will act as a trusted representative of the Datacenter Physical Security program, building effective partnerships with client stakeholders, site leadership, vendors, and internal teams to support successful implementation outcomes. You will lead and coordinate deployment activities across vendor security technologies, ensuring operational readiness, stakeholder alignment, and transition to site operations. You will oversee deployment planning, implementation coordination, operational acceptance, and transition-to-operations activities while helping drive a positive operational experience for client and site leadership. You will document activities, resolutions, and follow-up actions within tracking systems and coordinate escalation of complex challenges to partners, vendors, and support teams. Success requires a self-starter who can operate with minimal supervision, exercise independent judgment, evaluate competing priorities, anticipate risks, and make recommendations that impact program-wide implementation strategies and operational outcomes. The ideal candidate is skilled at building relationships, influencing outcomes without direct authority, and representing the program in complex client environments. Comfortable working in dynamic environments, engaging with cross-functional partners and clients, and balancing multiple priorities under the direction of the Senior Operations Support Manager, the Field Asset Implementation Specialist performs duties that support the success of the Datacenter Physical Security program. What you need to apply We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with an associate's degree and three or more years of experience in physical security, security technology implementations, project coordination, operations support, account management, or a related field. Bachelor's degree preferred. Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered. Intermediate-level proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Power BI, Power Point, Word, Excel, Teams, and Share Point, is required. Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Travel within the United States up to 50% is required, with additional travel as needed to support deployment activities and operational priorities. Candidates must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located, and proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing English. Availability to support critical business activities outside standard business hours may be required based on operational needs.
