Video Producer: End-to-End Studio & Brand Films

Basis is seeking a hands-on Video Producer/Editor who will own video end to end—from pre-production through final edits. You’ll manage in-office studio work, podcasts, testimonials, events, and brand films, while leading freelance relationships and directing external editors. You’ll build shoot day plans, oversee budgets, and drive a scalable video workflow. This role requires in-person work at our Flatiron office, five days a week when not traveling.
