- Academic primary care faculty role in an internal medicine residency continuity clinic
- Focus on resident education, supervision, and mentorship
- No independent patient panel " all clinical care performed with residents
- Ideal for physicians interested in academic medicine and community-based care
- Schedule & Responsibilities
- 90% clinical precepting / 10% administrative
- Approximately day per week protected administrative time
- Monday"Friday only; no weekends
- No call responsibilities
- Faculty appointment with affiliated medical school

- Residency continuity clinic in a mission-driven, community-based practice

- Close collaboration with residency leadership and interdisciplinary teams
Compensation & Benefits:
- 3-year guaranteed base salary
- Sign-on bonus approximately 15"25k
- Relocation assistance
- Loan repayment options, including NHSC and other programs
- Client provides $2,500 for loan consultant support
- Client provides up to 15k over 5 years for primary care loan repayment
- Paid CME time off plus CME allowance
