Minimum Qualifications: Excellent communication skills; interpersonal and problem-solving skills; demonstrates attention to detail; strong organizational skills and can manage multiple tasks. Associate, Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in Lending is preferred. Technical Skills Proficient in Windows based software including Excel, Word, Outlook and banking software. A base range before bonus for the position would be $65,000- 85,000- annually.
