Director, STEM Instruction & Teacher Development

Ascend Schools in Brooklyn, NY seeks a Director of Training & Development for STEM to raise instructional quality and educator capacity across K–4 STEM classrooms. You will lead coaching, professional learning, and fidelity of curriculum implementation to drive student achievement. The role reports to the Senior Director of K–12 STEM Training & Development and requires 6–10 years in K–12 education with a strong background in elementary STEM instruction and coaching.
