Sales Support Specialist - Huntington Distribution Finance (HDF)

Duties & Responsibilities: Contact prospects in accordance with daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Validate and input account data within the system of record (Inventory Engine) to ensure accuracy. Ensure prospect applications and submitted application requirements are in accordance with HDF Legal, Compliance, and Credit policies, processes, and procedures. Obtain information to qualify new prospects including products and brands carried and distributors purchased from. Lead qualified prospects through the customer onboarding process from application to activation which includes understanding applicant organizational structure, filing UCCs and administering system generated loan documentation. Maintain tracking, reporting, and forecasting of active pipeline. Actively expand and maintain product and brand knowledge. Collaborate effectively with internal and external customers. Perform other onboarding related tasks, responsibilities and special projects as needed.

Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related degree or equivalent experience 3+ years of experience in banking

Preferred Qualifications: Exceptional attention to detail, organized and possess the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, while staying focused with minimal supervision. Excellent verbal and written communication as well as listening skills. Problem solving skills.1+ years of sales, finance, loan documentation or customer support experience. Working knowledge of Salesforce, credit basics, and UCCs. Compensation Range: $22.00 - $41.50 Hourly The compensation range represents the anticipated low and high end of the base compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and education. Colleagues in this position are also eligible to participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.
