Principal User Researcher - Strategy & Insight Leader

Mural is seeking a Principal, UX Researcher to establish and lead a foundational and strategic research program that informs the next generation of user experiences. You will partner across product, design, sales, marketing, and strategy to identify opportunities and guide long-term innovation. This role is primarily individual-contributor with mentoring responsibilities, aimed at scaling the UXR discipline within a fast-growing startup with the resources of a global platform.
