Responsibilities: Document and validate current-state Earnix rating configuration processes, including how rate and model changes are built, tested, and deployed, with emphasis on manual steps, handoffs, and bottlenecks. Partner with pricing, actuarial, and IT stakeholders to define a repeatable end-to-end Rating Factory process in Earnix from pricing strategy and modeling through configuration, validation, deployment, and monitoring. Advise on business versus IT ownership and decision rights for activities within Earnix and where those hand off to Guidewire. Identify QA and validation activities that can be business-led within pricing versus those that should remain technical or IT-owned. Recommend Earnix-specific technology and automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and support the targeted rate-change throughput. Contribute Earnix-specific input to deliverables including current-state assessment, future-state target operating model, RACI and governance model, staffing and capacity model, and KPIs.
Experience Requirements: Hands-on experience configuring rate and model changes in Earnix, including rating engine configuration. Experience across the end-to-end rate-change lifecycle including pricing and modeling input, configuration, testing and validation, deployment, and production monitoring.
