Sr. UX Researcher

Location: Fort Lauderdale, Florida (Remote)Our User Experience Design Team is searching for a talented and experienced UX Researcher to lead the design of cutting-edge products. You will work closely with a cross-functional team of designers, developers, and product managers to deliver an exceptional experience for automotive shoppers. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, advanced proficiency in design tools, and a passion for crafting industry-leading digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities: Translate requirements into comps, user journeys, and experience prototypes. Develop and communicate creative concepts while balancing business objectives. Oversee the work of multiple UX projects, coordinating meetings and reporting on project status across workflows. Provide quality assurance for all creative deliverables. Provide UX best-practice leadership and mentor junior designers. Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and pattern libraries. Conduct user research and usability testing to inform and validate design decisions. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and quality across all digital products.

Experience: 5+ years of experience in UX design for digital products.

Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and user testing programs.

Professional Skills: Portfolio showcasing strong design principles and successful product outcomes. Expertise in user-centered design principles and methodologies. Ability to independently lead projects and manage the full UX process. Experience mentoring junior designers and fostering team growth. Proven experience with user interface design and adherence to guidelines. Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams. Experience with Agile workflows and iterative design processes. Ability to align design decisions with business goals and strategies.
