Build Quality Products Install screen mesh into pre-assembled frames using hand tools. Assemble finished products according to quality standards. Keep production moving efficiently and accurately. Ensure Quality Inspect products throughout the manufacturing process. Identify defects or inconsistencies and address them promptly. Help maintain Rite Screen's reputation for quality and customer satisfaction. Support a Safe Workplace Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements. Maintain a clean, organized work area using 5S principles. Participate in safety and continuous improvement initiatives. Work as a Team Collaborate with coworkers and supervisors to meet production goals. Cross-train and support other areas as needed. Contribute to a positive, team-focused culture.
