This position is assigned to a 9-step pay scale. Hiring typically occurs within steps 1-5, depending on education and experience.
Summary: The Court Operations Specialist performs a variety of administrative, clerical, and customer service duties that support the efficient operation of the New Hampshire Judicial Branch. This entry-level position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work with confidential information while assisting court users, attorneys, judges, and court staff. Employees learn court procedures, case processing requirements, and applicable court rules while working under the supervision of the Clerk of Court or designee.
Minimum Qualifications
Education and Experience: Graduation from high school or equivalent One-Two (1-2) years of administrative, clerical, customer service, or office experience Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with case management systems and standard office software Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment
