At Reynolds Consumer Products, we’re looking for aPlant Managerto lead our Weyauwega, Wisconsin operation and help shape what high performance looks like for the future. This is an opportunity for an experienced manufacturing leader who wants meaningful ownership of an operation—and the ability to make a visible impact on its people, performance, and long-term capability.
Responsibilities:
As Plant Manager, you will have broad responsibility for the performance of the Weyauwega operation, includingsafety, quality, service, productivity, cost, people, and continuous improvement. You’ll translate business priorities into plant strategy, develop a strong leadership team, and create the operating discipline necessary to deliver sustainable results. Just as importantly, you’ll shape the culture. We’re looking for a leader who can engage people at every level of the organization, create accountability without losing connection, and build an environment where employees are encouraged to identify problems, challenge assumptions, and make things better. You will:
Lead the Business Own overall plant performance and establish clear priorities around safety, quality, service, productivity, cost, and organizational capability. Translate broader business strategy into an operating plan your team understands—and can execute. Use financial and operational data to make sound decisions about staffing, resources, capital, productivity, and plant performance. Build a High-Performing Operation Create the operating discipline, processes, and accountability needed to consistently deliver results. Champion Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement—not simply as programs, but as ways of working. Identify opportunities to eliminate waste, improve equipment effectiveness, strengthen processes, increase productivity, and better serve our customers. Build Leaders Develop a strong, capable plant leadership team. Coach leaders to think critically, solve problems, make decisions, and take ownership of results. Create clarity around expectations and hold yourself and others accountable for delivering against them. Build the leadership bench and organizational capability the plant needs not only today, but for the future. Create a Workplace People Want to Be Part OfBe visible. Listen. Ask questions. Understand the operation from the floor up. Create an environment where employees feel respected, included, safe, and connected to the success of the plant. Because sustainable performance doesn't happen without engaged people. Lead Safety, Quality & Compliance Set the expectation that safety comes first—always. Maintain strong environmental, health, safety, quality, food safety, employment, and regulatory practices while building a culture where compliance is everyone's responsibility.
Qualifications:
Education/Experience Required 10+ years of progressive professional experience in plant operations, including team management and demonstrated experience developing, coaching, and mentoring a diverse staff. Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Demonstrated business acumen with strong understanding of P&L management, annual budgeting, capital projects, productivity improvement, and performance metrics. Excellent written, verbal, presentation, communication, and influencing skills across organizational levels. Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and challenge diverse managers and leaders to achieve or exceed performance expectations. Strong analytical, organizational, project management, and problem-solving capabilities.
