Want your work to be part of the New York skyline? A prominent NYC architecture firm behind some of the city’s most recognizable high-rise residential and mixed-use towers is looking for a Project Architect ready to step up and own the technical side of landmark projects. This isn’t a role where you’re buried in a single detail set. You’ll be at the center of the action: steering coordination, shaping design development alongside senior leadership, and carrying complex, large-scale urban buildings from drawings to delivery.
What you’ll do:
  • Lead construction document production and coordination in Revit and AutoCAD, across every project phase
  • Run point on consultant coordination (MEP, structural, and more) so every system fits together and meets code
  • Set the standard for project workflows, documentation, and QA/QCPartner with firm leadership to develop design concepts while protecting technical integrity
  • Put your NYC zoning, Building Code, ADA, and FHA fluency to work every day
  • Support or lead construction administration, including RFIs, submittals, and time in the field watching it all come to life
What you bring✔️ Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture from an accredited program✔️ 6–10 years of experience, with a focus on NYC high-rise residential and/or mixed-use✔️ Strong Revit and AutoCAD skills (Adobe Creative Suite and Rhino a plus)✔️ Deep command of NYC codes, zoning, and accessibility standards✔️ A natural coordinator and communicator who keeps complex projects organized✔️ Licensed, or actively working toward licensure (preferred)
