Role Description:
This is a remote, contract role for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will oversee client accounts, develop and execute sales strategies, and manage the full sales cycle from call to close. Leads provided. Performance based incentives.
Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in sales management, pipeline management, and closing deals. Strong relationship-building and account management skills with a client-focused mindset. Ability to develop and implement sales strategies, set targets, and analyze performance metrics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Comfort working independently in a remote environment and managing multiple priorities. Must be willing to get licensed in Life and Health.
