Corporate & Securities Paralegal Hybrid/Remote

Holland & Hart LLP is seeking a paralegal to join our growing Corporate practice group. This position can be based in any of Holland & Hart’s offices, depending on the candidate’s location and/or interests. Hybrid work arrangements (remote and in-person) are available. Ideal candidate will have 2+ years of corporate and/or securities paralegal experience, with significant exposure to M&A closings, Delaware corporate law, and securities closings, plus SEC filings and Form D/blue sky knowledge.
