Overview: Role involves structured finance and securitization, with a focus on lender-side private trade receivables securitization, supply-chain finance, trade receivables monetization, and similar trade AR-related matters. Capital markets experience is a plus but not required. Candidates must include a deal sheet with their application. The Global Trade Finance practice group represents banks, funds, and other financial institutions in structured finance transactions involving trade receivables, inventory, and other trade-related assets. Practice group deals frequently incorporate cross-border features (e.g., global trade A/R financings), off-balance sheet structuring for GAAP and/or IFRS, intercreditor arrangements, trade credit insurance, and balance sheet- and/or ABCP-funding. Candidates must be U.S. lawyers practicing from the U.S.
