Apply for this role →Providing compassionate support to members, the full-time Fairos Rx Member Advocate will assist with pharmacy benefits inquiries, medication access challenges, and claims issues, working in a hybrid or remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
Provide clear assistance to members regarding pharmacy benefits, formulary coverage, and prior authorizations
Support pharmacies and providers in resolving claim processing questions and assist with drug coverage information
Document all interactions and adhere to HIPAA and internal privacy policies while collaborating with cross-functional teams
Required qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in pharmacy benefit management (PBM), healthcare, insurance, or customer service preferred
Member-focused mindset with a passion for improving the member experience
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
