The Construction Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of our building project, meeting with project partners, managing supervisors, and teams. This is an opportunity for a long-term position and to join a growing company.
Responsibilities:
- Meeting with teams on an ongoing basis regarding objectives and progress
- Ensuring all equipment needed is available on site
- Ensuring the construction process starts and ends on time, and ensuring deadlines are meet
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and all other regulations
- Conduct ongoing quality inspections
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Petroleum Construction Manager or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and regulations
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
