Lead Shipping & Crating Technician

Custom Sign Center seeks a hands-on Shipping & Crating Working Lead to coordinate daily shipping and crating activities and actively work beside the team. You will build crates, prepare documents, operate forklifts, and load shipments while enforcing safety and quality standards. You will train staff, organize workloads, and ensure all shipments are complete, correctly labeled, and loaded onto the correct carrier. This is a full-time, on-site role requiring lifting and overtime as needed.
