People Operations Coordinator - HR & Onboarding

Ashbourne Enterprises is seeking an organized HR Coordinator in Louisville to keep employee records and HRIS data accurate, generate payroll and benefits reports, and move candidates through hiring while ensuring new hires are ready before their first day. You'll report to the Compliance, Benefits & Payroll Manager and help with onboarding, terminations, and process improvements across our hospitality, retail, and agricultural teams.
