Wiring Technician

What You'll Do: Wire electrical components on control panel backplates and enclosures using wiring wires, labels, colors, and terminations meet quality standards. Review electrical drawings and identify discrepancies before beginning work. Complete required checklists, documentation, and job time tracking. Mark drawing changes appropriately and maintain a clean, organized workspace. Work with teammates to deliver quality control panels. What We're Looking ForRequired: Ability to read and interpret electrical wiring schematics, with two years of experience. Two years of control panel wiring experience preferred. Two years of hand tool experience preferred. Familiarity with UL 508A and NEC preferred. High school diploma or GED preferred. Strong attention to detail, dependability, and a commitment to quality. Ability to stand and bend for extended periods. Why Work at Cates?
