Position Overview: Prism Behavioral Center is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Remote Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team. As a crucial member of our community health clinic, your role will focus on providing evidence-based therapy to diverse clients, including individuals, couples, and families. You will be responsible for conducting assessments, formulating treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions aimed at improving mental well-being.

Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental and emotional well-being, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their unique circumstances. Formulate individualized treatment plans based on client assessments, collaboratively setting goals that promote client engagement and ownership of their mental health journey. Deliver individual and couples therapy sessions, employing a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to the needs of each client. Regularly evaluate and modify treatment plans to reflect progress and adjust therapeutic interventions as needed. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, documenting progress notes, treatment plans, and compliance with ethical standards. Engage with interdisciplinary teams and other healthcare professionals when necessary to provide a holistic approach to client care. Be prepared to provide crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute distress and need immediate support. Stay informed of the latest research and best practices in mental health therapy to ensure the highest quality of care. Participate actively in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge within the field. Ensure the confidentiality of client information and compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines governing therapy practice. Patient Population / Client FocusYou will work with a diverse patient population, including adolescents, adults, and couples facing various mental health challenges. This role allows you to address a wide array of issues, from anxiety and depression to relationship conflicts and life transitions. Your approach will involve a deep understanding of each client's unique experiences and goals, enabling you to provide personalized therapeutic interventions.
Qualifications: Active and independent licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist is required by the State Board. A commitment to upholding ethical standards in therapy and providing culturally competent care to clients.
Preferred Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in providing individual and/or couples therapy in a clinical setting. Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities relevant to marriage and family therapy. Experience working with diverse populations and the ability to relate to clients from various backgrounds.
Compensation and Benefits:
