Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (Per Diem)

Requirements include: Requires NJ State Medical License and certification and board certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) CDS and DEA required Ability to commute to Berkeley Heights and Florham Park, as needed

Responsibilities include: Works collaboratively on a team with 15 full-time Anesthesiologists and 5 CRNAs. Provides anesthetic care for a wide variety of cases including General Surgery, Bariatric Surgery, Orthopedics, Joint Replacement, Spine, Plastics, ENT, Urology, Ophthalmology, and GI. Provides anesthetic care for all types of patients and procedures in collaboration with the medically directing physician and under the standards and guidelines of the Department of Anesthesiology. Will administer anesthesia during surgery or procedures and will continuously monitor the patient’s vital signs and reactions and manage accordingly.
