Key Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive assessments of physical function and therapeutic status for assigned patients, ensuring alignment with their unique care plans developed alongside physicians and medical professionals. Implement and monitor individualized treatment plans, making adjustments as necessary to maximize patient engagement and help them achieve their therapeutic goals. Utilize various physical therapy modalities and techniques during therapy sessions, including manual therapy, exercise programs, and patient education on home exercise regimens. Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patient progress and document outcomes, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards of practice. Educate patients and their families on treatment protocols, therapeutic appliances, and lifestyle modifications that support recovery and prevent recurrence of injury. Prioritize caseload effectively, coordinating with staff for optimal resource allocation and patient scheduling to enhance overall clinic efficiency. Patient Population / Client FocusAs a Physical Therapist at Stay Physical Therapy, you will work primarily with patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, chronic pain conditions, and other functional impairments. You will assist both adults and children, tailoring your approach to accommodate each age group's unique needs. Your interventions will focus on enhancing mobility, strength, and independence for a variety of conditions, creating lasting impacts on their quality of life.

Qualifications: Currently licensed to practice Physical Therapy in the state of California. A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required. Must complete Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 30 days of employment start date. No prior experience is necessary; new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Experience: Previous clinical rotations or internships in outpatient physical therapy settings are a plus. Experience with orthopedic rehabilitation techniques or pediatric physical therapy is advantageous.
