Banking Regulatory Counsel — Hybrid (DFW, Relocation)

The Assistant General Counsel will serve as a key legal advisor to a well-established financial institution, partnering closely with business leaders and stakeholders across the organization. This position provides legal guidance on regulatory, corporate, operational, and transactional matters. The ideal candidate comes from a banking background and will bring a strong understanding of financial services laws, excellent business judgment, and the ability to communicate practical legal advice to
